Ryan Lupton proudly holds the title of “Operator” — and he’ll remind you of it anytime someone hands him a shovel. But let’s be honest… he mostly just does whatever Marek tells him to do.

Whether it’s digging trenches with his bare hands, hauling forms uphill both ways, or being “voluntold” for literally anything we don’t feel like doing, Ryan’s the guy we can count on to say, “seriously?”… and then get it done anyway.

With battle-tested experience from Fort McMurray to the Baffin Islands, Ryan brings serious grit, skill, and zero say in what he’s doing that day.

He’s known for his strong work ethic, solid machine skills, and a sarcastic sense of humour that definitely helps him more than the rest of us.

 He’s got a great work ethic, a strong back, and absolutely no ability to say “no” to a task, which is exactly why we keep him around. 

At the end of the day, Ryan gets it done — whether he's operating equipment, moving 2x10s, or following direct orders with minimal complaining.
